Return and Refund Policy – GBS Wines

Thank you for choosing GBS Wines! We are committed to providing high-quality wines that reflect the essence of the South of France. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, here is our return and refund policy:


Order Modifications and Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders may be modified or canceled if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at [email/contact number] to request changes.

After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, we cannot accommodate modifications or cancellations.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on wine, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email address] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong wine, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.


Refunds

Refunds are offered only under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Incorrect Products: Refunds may be issued if a replacement is not possible. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Delivery Issues: If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed due to carrier error, please contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Note: GBS Wines is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.


Important Notes

Wine Quality: Taste is subjective, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preferences.

Storage Responsibility: We are not responsible for wine damaged due to improper storage after delivery. Please ensure wine is stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Adult Signature Requirement: All deliveries require an adult (21+) signature. If the carrier cannot obtain a signature, and the wine is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
